TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2008
(Executive Session)
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana serving as a Board in charge of
the operations of the Richmond Power& Light Plant, met in Executive Session at 6 p.m.,
Tuesday, February 19, 2008 Council Chambers of the Municipal Building in said City.
Board President Welch presided with the following Board members present: Howard
"Jack" Elstro, Kelley Cruse-Nicholson, Bruce Wissel, Clay Miller, Larry Parker, Diana
Pappin and Phil Quinn. Absent was Bob Goodwin. Also in attendance were Steve
Saum and Walt Chidester.
This is to certify that no items were discussed in Executive Session other than the
strategy with respect to the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has
been threatened specifically in writing. (IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B)).
