The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the offiee (i)if said Board on Monday
November 20th, 1911, at 9 0' clock A. All the members of said
Board being. present, Messrs, Hurtanond, Charles and Zimmerman.
The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
Pursuant to notice the city ash & rubbish gatherers appeared be -

walks & alleys, in order to load the same, also to not remove
than one load of ashes in any one week from any one house,
and to report to the Board any violations of the city ordinan_c
