A Committee from the West Richmond Improvement Association to-
gether with President Kelley of Earlham College appeared before
the Poard in an endeavor to have the T. H. ;. & E. Traction Cc,
place their feed wires in the alley north of National Road or to
place them underground so as to save the trees along Earlham
College Campus, the Board decide to go over the ground and in-
vestigate abnditions before giving permission to go in the alley.
Mr. J. F. Cronin, contractor for lrprovement of National Road
was called before the Board, and the Board agrees to place gravel
on Rest 14ain Ftreet so as to make it passable for funerals to
go to Farlham cemetary,So as to permit Mr. Cronin to tear up the
National Road from Farlham College to the Ceretary, in order to
place said road in safe condition for winter.
