The Board of ?ublic Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
not in regular session at the office of said hoard on Thursday
December 28th, 1911, at 9 O'clock A. M. All the members of
said Board being, present, Messrs, Lawmond, Charles & Zimmerman,
The following proceedings were had, to-wit:-
rAd Board meets to hear all persons interested, or whose property
is affected by the following described public Improvement:
Improvement Resolution No. 2.81-1911, For the improvement of West
gain Street from west end of Hain Street bridge to Rest 5th street
By paving the roadway the fall width thereof: with one of the
kinds of modern city pavement, to -wit:- Conorote-Drick-Asrhult or
Creosoted Wooden Block. A remonstrance signed by J. E. Bryant and
49 others, against paying any part of the coats of said improve-
ment having been filed, after duly considering the same and hear`
ing all persons interested who appeared, the Board decides thst
the remonstrance us filed is not against the Snprovenent, and
the Board decides that the benefits to property liable to be
assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of
same as reported by the City Civil.EnglnePr, and thereupon takes
final action or. said resolution as originally adopted, the sume
being confirmed without modification.
