MONDAY, JULY 30, 2007
(Executive Session)
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana serving as a Board in charge of
the operations of the Richmond Power& Light Plant, met in Executive Session at 7 p.m.,
Monday, July 30, 2007 in the Auditorium at Richmond Power and Light. Board President
Parker presided with the following Board members present Howard "Jack" Elstro, Etta
Lundy, Bruce Wissel, Karl Sharp, Bing Welch, Al Glover, Gil Klose and Diana Pappin.
Also present was Steve Saum, Walt Chidester, Susan Williams and Bobby Crye.
This is to certify that no items were discussed in Executive Session other than those
listed on the agenda for this meeting pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D) — Discussion
of strategy with respect to the purchase or lease of real property by the governing body
up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties.
