THURSDAY, JUNE 21, 2007
(Executive Session)
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana serving as a Board in charge of
the operations of the Richmond Power & Light Plant, met in Executive Session at 8 p.m.,
Thursday, June 21, 2007 in the in the Auditorium of the Service Building at Richmond
Power and Light in said City. Board President Parker presided with the following Board
members present: Howard "Jack" Elstro, Etta Lundy, Bruce Wissel, Karl Sharp, Bing
Welch, Al Glover, Gil Klose and Diana Pappin. Also in attendance were Steve Saum
and Walt Chidester.
This is to certify that no items were discussed in Executive Session other than the
strategy with respect to the purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up
to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties. (IC 5-14
1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D)).
