(Executive Session)
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana serving as a Board in charge of
the operations of the Richmond Power & Light Plant, met in Executive Session at 7 p.m.,
Monday, January 22, 2007 in the Council Chambers in said City. Board President
Parker presided with the following Board members present: Howard "Jack" Elstro, Etta
Lundy, Bruce Wissel, Karl Sharp, Bing Welch, Al Glover, Gil Klose and Diana Pappin.
This is to certify that no items were discussed in Executive Session other than those
listed on the agenda for this meeting pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9).
