IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE RICHMOND POWER& LIGHT PLANT
TUESDAY,JANUARY 3, 2006
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a Board in charge of the
operations of the Richmond Power & Light Plant met to elect officers for 2006 prior to its
regular meeting Tuesday, January 3, 2006 in the Council Chambers in the Municipal Building in
said City. Board Chair Bing Welch presided with the following members in attendance: Howard
"Jack" Elstro, Etta Lundy, Karl Sharp, Bing Welch, Al Glover, Gil Klose and Diana Pappin. The
following business was conducted:
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Board Chair Welch asked for nominations for the officers of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson
of the RP &L Board for 2006.
Board member Wissel moved to nominate Board member Parker as Chair with a second by
Board member Sharp. The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote.
Board member Sharp moved to nominate Board member Welch as Vice Chair with a second by
Board member Pappin. The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed, the meeting was
adjourned.
