VILLAGE MEETING
DATE: MONDAY, MAY S, 1997 AT: VILLAGE HALL
BOARD PRESENT: J. PETERSON, D. ROCK, R. SMOLICH,
K. STALZER, J. DEMENT, J. HEIMERDINGER.
OTHERS PRESENT: S. JANIK -CLERK
J. HARVEY -ATTORNEY
D. BENNETT -CHIEF OF POLICE
H. HAIVIIL,TON -ENGINEER
P. MCDONALD -ADMINISTRATOR
P. WALDOCK -DIRECTOR
At 7:00 p.m. President Peterson called the meeting to order. Roll call was taken, all Trustees
were present, he then led the Pledge to the Flag.
Trustee Heimerdinger summarized his term as Trustee, and presented comments to the
boazd.(attached and made a part of the minutes)
President John Peterson presented Trustee Rock and Trustee Heimerdinger with plaques for their.
service as Trustees and then presented everyone who was on his Board with a t-shirt with the
Village Loga on it. He then thanked everyone who helped him during his term as President.
Administrator McDonald presented President Peterson with a customary plaque and also a t-shirt
with the Village Logo, along with his gavel.
R. Smolich moved to adjourn sine di. Seconded by J. Heimerdinger. Voice vote. S yes, 0 no.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
