Called Session, The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in called session at the Office of said Board on Saturday December•30th, 1911, at 9 O'clock A. N. 111 the members of said Board being present, Messrs, Ham. ond, Charles & Zirsaerman. The following proceedings were had, to -wit: - This 'being the last business day for 1911, the Board met for the purpose of allowing claims against the City in order to clean up the years business, all claims on file on record and certified to as being correct were on motion allowed. Claims to the amount of $// (.:,' were allowed and ordered paid. The Board -hears complaint against John Clements, captain at No.s iiose house in regard to his refusing to pay note in the sum of $100.00 borrowed money, the- clerk was directed to notify said Clements to appear before the Board on Thursday January 4th, 19129 The Clerk was directed. to notify the C. & 0.
