The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular seezion at the office of said Board on Thursday
January 4th, 1912, at 9 O'clock A. M. All the mentors of said Board
being present, tiessrs, }fWarond, Charles and Zlmnerman, the
following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board meets to hear all persons interested, or whose property
is affected by the following described pug:llc trsprovement:
Improvement Pesolution NO, 285-1911, for the improvement of North
15th Street from North •F• to OF" Street, by conatructin.g concrete
driving curb & Rutter, and paving the roadway with one of the kinds
of modern pavement, to-wlt:- Concrete, Brick, Asphalt, Creosot^_d
Wooden Block. A remonstrance having been filed against said Im-
provement, same *as taker under advisement.
The Board meets to hear all persons interested, or whos- property
