REVISED ZONING ORDINANCE - OUTLINE.
I - TABLE OF CONTENTS
II - PURPOSES - State statutes specify 10 different
objectives that municipalities can use to write
their going regulations.. The most important in
my opinion is to "implement the Comprehensive Plan."
III - DEFINITIONS - Precise definition of terms used in
the ordinance will save alot of time and trouble
later on. The idea is to let everyone know what the
Village expects of them up front -- no surprises.

housing to continue as is. and permits new
housing that is compatible in size,arch-
