Monday February 5th, 1412.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board on Monday
February 5th, 1912, . at 9 O'clock A. M. All the members of said
Board " ing present, Messrs, Hammond, Charles and Zlmterman,
the following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
A petition was presented, signed by Frank May & 8 others for an
extension of water main on Southwest 4th Street, ftom National
Road to Southwest •F• Street, same was taken under adrisenent &
Clerk was directed to notify Mr. H. A. Dill to appear before the
Board on Thursday February 8th, 19120 9 O'clock A. M. for consult-
ation in this matter.
Mr. William Lancaster appeared before the Board In regard to oil-
ing city streets with white oil, Mr. Zimmerman moved that Mr.
Lancaster get prices per lineal foot front, for said oiling and
report the same to the Board.
The Board approved the Contracts & bonds of Philip Hipsklnd Sons
for the improvements under Improvement P.esolutlons No s. 292-293-
1911
The Clerk was directed to notify P. J. Freeman, attorney for the
F. Beaselman Heirs, to remove the poplar trees abutting the Bessel-
man property on South 21st Street.
The Cleric was directed to prepare a bill for an ordinance trans -
