The Board direct Mr. Hammond, to purchase a car load of coal for

The City Civil Engineer 'raving reported in the matter of the im-
provement of East gain Street, from the east line of North 20th
Street to the east line of South 22nd Street, by constructing
cemont curb & gutter on both sides thereof, and paving the road-
way with one of the kinds of modern city pavements, to -wit: -
Concrete - Brick - Asphalt - Creosoted Wooden Block, between the
points named, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 284-
1911, That a petition signed by 5 resident free -holders whose
property abuts on said street, have petitioned That said roadway
