M. The following members of said Board being present, Menars, Hammond and Charles, Absent Mr. Zimr.erTnan, the following proceedings were had, to -wit: - The Board approved the contract & bond of Philip HSpsklnd,Son3 for the improvement of East Main Street by constrdcting cement curb & gutter on both sides, and paving the roadway with Harris Brick, from North 2Oth to South 22nd Stre^t, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No, 284-1911. The Board approved a primary assessment roll of benefits gpd damages in the matter of the acquiring right-of-way for sewer between North 5th & 6th Street, from Rhoda Temple 1n North "A" Street to the first alley south of North "A" Street, as provided for by Declaratory Resolution No. 79-1911, and fix Thursday March 14th, 1912,at 9 O'clock A.
