IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE RICHMOND POWER&LIGHT PLANT
TUESDAY,JANUARY 4, 2005
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a Board in charge of the
operations of the Richmond Power & Light Plant met to elect officers for 2005 prior to its
regular meeting Tuesday, January 4, 2005 in the Council Chambers in the Municipal Building in
said City. Board Chair Karl Sharp presided with the following members in attendance: Howard
"Jack" Elstro, Karl Sharp, Bing Welch, Al Glover, Gil Klose and Dianna Pappin. Absent was
Board member Etta Lundy. The following business was conducted:
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Board Chair Sharp asked for nominations for the officers of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson
of the RP &L Board for 2005.
Board member Wissel moved to nominate Board member Welch as Chair with a second by
Board member Parker. The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote.
Board member Pappin moved to nominate Board member Parker as Vice Chair with a second by
Board member Wissel. The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed, the meeting was
adjourned.
