The Board. of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board on Thursday
February 15th,.19,129 at 9 O'clock A. M. The following members of
said Board being present, Menars, Hammond and Charles, Absent
Mr. Zimr.erTnan, the following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board approved the contract & bond of Philip HSpsklnd,Son3
for the improvement of East Main Street by constrdcting cement
curb & gutter on both sides, and paving the roadway with Harris
Brick, from North 2Oth to South 22nd Stre^t, as provided for by
Improvement Resolution No, 284-1911.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll of benefits gpd
damages in the matter of the acquiring right-of-way for sewer
between North 5th & 6th Street, from Rhoda Temple 1n North "A"
Street to the first alley south of North "A" Street, as provided
for by Declaratory Resolution No. 79-1911, and fix Thursday March
14th, 1912,at 9 O'clock A. M. as a date upon which to hear all
persons interested or affected by same,

ing cement sidewalk & cement curb & gutter on both sloes thereof,
between the points named, was recalved and referred to trr City
Civil Engineer for plans etc.,
A petition was presented signed by Adam H. Bartel, et -al for the
construction of cement sidewalk 7 feet in"Bidth On theaeast was

referred to the City Civil Engineer for plans
Pursuant to notice Mr. M. Von Pein appeared before the board in
regard to the proposed opening, of South 7th St, from South " to
South "b" Street, after soma discussion in this matter,
continued indefinately.
