IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE RICHMOND POWER&LIGHT PLANT
MONDAY,JANUARY 7,2002
The Common Council of the City of Richmond,Indiana,serving as a Board in charge of the operations of the
Richmond Power&Light Plant met in special session at 6:55 p.m.Monday,January 7,2002,in the Council Chambers
in the Municipal Building in said City.Chairperson Phil Dickman presided with the following Councilmembers in
attendance:Howard"Jack"Elstro,Etta Lundy,Bruce Wissel,Karl Sharp,Bing Welch,Larry Parker,and Sarah"Sally"
Hutton.Paul Combs was absent.The following business was conducted:
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Chairperson Dickman asked for nominations for the officers of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the RP&L
Board for 2002.,
Councilmember Welch nominated Councilmember Parker as Chairperson,second by Councilmember Sharp.
Councilmember Wissel moved the nominations be closed,second by Councilmember Welch and the motion to elect
Councilmember Parker as Chairperson was carried on a voice vote.
Councilmember Wissel nominated Councilmember Sharp as Vice Chairperson,second by Councilmember Welch.
Councilmember Welch moved the nominations be closed,second by Councilmember Wissel and the motion to elect
Councilmember Sharp as Vice Chairperson was carried on a voice vote.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business,on a motion duly made,seconded and passed,the meeting was adjourned.
