Hello,
I'm working on a research project involving law enforcement interactions with children (ages 12 and under) in the State
of Florida. I am wondering if your agency has any formal policy for arrests involving younger children, such as a policy
requiring supervisor notification prior to arrest for a juvenile under the age of 12, or something similar. If possible, I'd
love a copy of your juvenile procedures/operations. I would be happy to provide any additional information as needed. I
appreciate your help and your time!
