I. Call to Order:
Chairman Williamson called the meeting to order at 3:00
p.m.
II. Minutes:
The Committee minutes of November 3rd and November 17th
were reviewed. Without objection, the Chair
acknowledged both documents for filing as presented.
III. Land Trade/Torre¥ Enterprises:
Attorney Millemann updated the Committee on his progress
toward formulating a land trade proposal (Century 21 and
burner site in Mill Park).
He was not prepared to present a document, lacking both
a survey and encountering difficulty with the State
Land's position on their claims to the original high
water mark. The Committee indicated their willingness
to call a special meeting, if necessary, to further
consider the matter.
IV. Snowmobile Bridge:
The City Administrator updated the Committee on progress
toward installation of a "temporary" snowmobile river
crossing South of the Sheep Bridge.
Vo
Park Desiqn:
The consultant, Don Belts, presented three conceptual
desiqns for the Brown/Century 21 parcel. He detailed
those plans. The Committee members then queried him on
various features of the plans and the audience was
invited to discuss and review the plans. Following that
review, the Chair asked for direction on further
actions. The Committee, by consensus, resolved as
follows:
1. To circulate and discuss the plans throughout
the community by mid January (Killen and
Williamson);
2. To present the plans to the city Council on
December 14th;
3. To meet on January 12, 1990 to assess the
community response to the plans and at that
time to further direct the consultants.
Without further business the meeting adjourned.
Respectfully,
MAX WILLIAMSON
Chairman
