The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,

be18g present, Messrs, Hammond, Charlea and Z.im erman, tree fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution 90, 301-1912
providing for the improvement of the alley 'between Sheridan and
Butler Street, by constructing a cement roadway the full width of
alleY, from Orant to 3ehQol Street,
The Board approved the contract & bond of A. F. Hooton, for the
improvement of West 1st Street from Kinsey to Front Street, as
provided for by Improvement Resolution too. 288-1911, Also the
contract & bond of said A.F.Hooton, for the improvement of Naticr.-
al Road, from Southwest 2nd to Southwest llth Street, as provided
for by Istprovetaent Resolution No. 291-1911.
