The Foard of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the Office of said Board on Lorda�
March llth, 1912, at 9 O'clock A. M. The following members or
said Board being presort, Messrs, Hamr_ond and Zirrrrrman, Absent
Mr. Charles, two members being present,the following proceedings 1

ested in the matter of the improvement of South 8th St, as pro-
vided for by Improvement Resolution No, 297-1912, On account of
inability of Mr. Charles, to be present the Board postpones said
hearing to March 18th, 1912.
