The Board received petition signed by R.C.Wilson et -al for
the improvement of West Main Street by paving the roadway
with brick from Bridge over Whitewater river to West 5th St,
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. •316-
1912, For the improvement of West Main Street from the west,

The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons primar-
ily assessed on account of the vacation of portion of alley let
north of South Or Street, to 1?9 feet east of South 5th Street
as provided for by Declaratory Resolution No, 81-1912. No one ,
appearing or remonstrating against benefits assessed on account
of said proposed vacation, the Board thereupon being fully ad-
vised in the premises, approved a final assessment roll of benefits
assessed, confirming in all things the original assessr.Art roll
as heretofore approved, and orders, the same transmitted forthwith
to the Department of Finance.
On motion of Mr. Zimmerman, the motion heretofore carried Instruct-
ing the City Attorney to prepare bill for ordinances for the
improvement of South Bth Street, from South •A■ to South, •H• St
by paving the roadway between the points named, as provided for
by Improvement Resolution No, 297--1912, also for -constructing
cement sidewalk, curb & gutter on both sides of South 6th St, from
South "A" to "E• Street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution
No, 298-1912., was unanimously rescinded.
yr. Zimmerman moved that all action in the improvement of South 80
St, & South Gth St, as provided for by Improvement Resolutions
No's., 297 & 298-1912, be lndefinately postpobed, motion unanimous y
prevailed.
On motion of Mr. Ziemnerman, the Engines was directed that in the
future all permits issued to dig in the -street, be covered with
a bond for 2 years, to maintain the streets in proper condition.
The Street Commissioner was directed to purchase the necessary
tools for cleaning sewers.
The Board did then adjourn'
