On motion of Mr. Charles, the Board agree to fili the sunken
places in Richmond Ave, from Doran Bridge to West 5th St, Ales
in Northwest 3rd Street, from Richmond Ave, to Kinsey Street,
caused by the Richmond City Water Works, and Richmond Light
Heat & Power Co, said named companies agreeing to pay
of $175.00 each, and said companies to be relieved mn case tit
present trenches sink after such repairs are made.
The Board received proposition from the R. R. 9i.pn Co., of
Dayton, Ohio, to furnish electric sign for the proposed One'
mental entrance to be erected at Glen Miller Park fo'- the
sum of $2350001 in case the words (The Glen) are selected in
preference to Glen Miller Park the same to be furnished for
the sum of $195.00. on motion the same was taken under adviss

The City Attorney was directed to draw up a lease with G• T'
