The Poard of Public Works of the City of RichmorW, Indiana,
met in regular aeaslon at the office of said Board on Thursday
April 25th, 1912, atine O'clock A. M, All the members of said Board
being present, Messrs, Natm::ond, Charles and Zimmerman the folios`

The Poard meeta to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected by Improvement Resolution No,.313-1912, For the con-
struction of a cement roadway in the alley between South 8th & 94th
Street, from the first alley south of ;Lain St, to South •Af Street.
After hearing all persons interested who appeared, and being fully
advised in the premises, the Board decides that the benefits to
property liable to be assessed for said inprovment are equal to
the cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, thereupon
the Board tapes final action on said,resolution the same being oon-
firmed r^ithout modification.
The Boara meets to hear all persons interested, ar whose property
is affected by Improvement Resolution. Noe 314-1912, Providing for
the improvement of Fort Wayne Avenue, By constructing cement Curb,
