The Board of Public '8ork3 of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular sessionat the Of: Ice of said Board on Monday April 29th, l912, at 9 0/clock A. M. All the members of said Board being present+ hfessrs, Haymnond, Charles and Zimmerman, the following proceedings were had, to -wit: - A petition was presented for the construction of a sanitary sewer in the alley between South •3rd & 4th Street, from South 'Ca to South "D" Street, sane was referred to the City Civil IItgineer for plans and specifications. The Board meets to hear all persons interested, or whose property is affected by Improvement Resolution No. .0 7-1912,•providing for the improvement of John Street, by constructing cement side- walk on both sides thereof, from Sheridan to Boyer Street. After hearing, all persons who appeared, and being fully advised in the premises+ the Poard decides thit the benefits to property liable to be assessed fm said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Civil•rngineer, thereupon the Board takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, by modifying the same so as to provide for 4 foot walks instead of 41- ft. walks, and as so modified the same was confirmed.
