and engineer directed to prepare plans for said curb & gutter for
contractors to bid on, on Said date,

The City Attorney was directed to notify the Richmond Light Feat
and Power Co,, to make repairs necessary in West Gain St, North 7L
Stre^.t and Ft, ?Payne Ave,, ?»fore said streets are improved, as
advertised for eo as not to stop contractors in the making of said
improvements.
The Rev, Conrad Huber, appeared before the Board, requesting per-
mission for the Ministerial Association to hold religoua services
in Glen 11ilier 'ark, on ^snday Afternoons, during the months of
July & August, on motion of Mr. Zinnerman said permission was
granted to -said Association,
Claims to the amount of 0,035.29 were allowed and ordered paid.
