On motion of Mr. Zimrserman the Board tams up the matter of the
improvement of North 22nd Street, from Main to North "i, ° Streeeti,
by constructing cement curb & gutter on both sides of atreetside
sidewalk on west side from Main to North "F" St, and on easttnt
from North "D" to North "F" St, as provided for by ImprpVeo to
Resolution No. 307-1912, the Board decides triat the benefi

property liable to be assessed for said Improvement are equal to

The Board 01' �ublio works, together with Councllnen Messrs, Evans,
Kauffman, Weis'r,aupt and Williams, having gone over the City in
the Auto Chemical & Combination nose Wagon, met in called session
for the purpose of coming to a decision on ti.e acceptance of said
Wagon, all the Councilmen and Board 'being satisfied with same.
Mr. Lirvlerran moved that said Auto Combination Chemical and nose
wagon be accepted, motion prevailed.
