Subject:Survey - Lemon Hill Project

Good Afternoon Greg,
We would like to have a full sized copy of the boundary survey submitted for the Lemon Hill project. Is that
public record for us to access?
Two weeks ago I went to the town hall to look more closely at the Lemon Hill project paperwork. I went specifically to
look at any submitted surveys. While there I asked Rita if there was a survey of the Bird Sanctuary and she said there
was not. She added as well "Why look a gift horse in the mouth?". We find it, as tax paying residents and our concerns
over this unique project, to not have a valid, legal title or boundary survey of the Bird Sanctuary to be legally
negligent on behalf of the town.
Frankly, in our opinion, considering the complexity of this project and the 4 parties involved, legal title surveys should
have been submitted by Lemon Hill, the Smith's, the Barton's and for the Bird Sanctuary.
We were very encourage to hear this morning that the town has agreed a survey of the Bird Sanctuary is warranted. We
have retained Mike Avirom to review that forth coming survey.
Please feel free to admit this email into the town records.
Sincerely,
Jennifer & Joe Morris
