That no resident free -holders whose property abuts on said proposed im- provement have filed a petition for any other kind of pavement than brick, said Improvement Resolution No. 306-19129 is In all things approved & confirmed ant said portion of North 7th Street is hereby ordered improved with Metropolitan Brick, in accordance with the plans and specifications heretofore adopted.
