provement of North 7th treet, from Main Street to North "A° St,
as provided for by Improvement Resolution No..306-1912. That no
resident free -holders whose property abuts on said proposed im-
provement have filed a petition for any other kind of pavement
than brick, said Improvement Resolution No. 306-19129 is In all
things approved & confirmed ant said portion of North 7th Street
is hereby ordered improved with Metropolitan Brick, in accordance
with the plans and specifications heretofore adopted. And nox the
contract for the construction of said improvement is awarded to
Albert White of Greenfield Indiana, at the price named in bid sub -
witted therefore on May 2nd, 1912, to -wit:- $1.70 per sq. yard.
