The Poard of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular sesrion at the office of said Board on .fonday
May 27th, 1912, at 9 O'clock A. !l. All the rw,mbem of said Board
being present, Messrs, Hamond, Charles are iimernan, the fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to -wit:-
The City Civil Engine^r having reported in the matter of the Im-
provement of west Y.ain Streit, from west line of West 5th Street
to west line of West 6th Street, by constructing a storm water
sewer: also cement walk 6' wide, curb & gutter and paving the
roadway the full width thereof, as provided for by Improvement
Resolution No. 312-1912. That no resident free -holders whose yrop-
erty abut* on said improvement have filed a petition for any other
kind of pavement than brick. said Improvement resolution is in all
things confirmed and said portion of said street Is hereby ordered
improvement with Hocking block, In accordance with the plans &
specifications heretofore adopted. And nos the Board award the
contract for said improvement to Trippeer & Son, of Peru, Ind.,
at price named in bid submitted therefor on May 13th, 1912.
