puruuent to adjournment the Board of Pttblio Works of the City
of ltidtmond, Indianu, met. in the office of said Board, on Tues-
day May 28th, 1912, at 10 O'clock A. M. All the nerbgrs of said
Board being present, Mesara, Hammond, Charles and Zimmerman, the
following proceedings were had, to -wit: -

The City Civil Fngineer having reported in the matter of the im-
provement of Ft, Wayne Avenue, from tra present brick pavement
to north line of north "F" Street, by constructing cement curb,
gutter & paving the roadway with one of the kinds of modern city
pavement: Concrete - Brick - Asphalt - Creosoted Wooden block, as
provided for by Improvemert Resolution No,•314-1912. That no resi-
dent free -holder whose property abuts on said improvement have
filed a petition for any other.kind of pavement than brick, the
said improvement resolution is in all things confirmed and said
portion of said roadway is hereby ordered paved with brick, in
accordance with the plane and specifications heretofore adopted.
And now the board award the contract for said improvement to
