IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE RICHMOND POWER&LIGHT PLANT
TUESDAY,JANUARY 3,1995
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a Board in charge of the operations of the
2 Richmond Power & Light Plant met in a special session at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, January 3, 1995, in the Council
3 Chambers in the Muncipal Building in said City. Chairperson Howard "Jack" Elstro presided with the following
4 Councilmembers in attendance: Etta Lundy, Jane Brookbank, Mary Ellen Donat, Don McBride, Larry Parker,
5 Gene Allen and Sally Hutton.Absent was Bob Dickman.The following business was had to-wit:

9 Chairperson Elstro asked for nominatons for the offices of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Board of
10 Directors of Richmond Power&Light for 1995.

12 Councilmember Donat nominated Chairperson Elstro for re-election as Chairperson with a second by
13 Councilmember Parker. Councilmember McBride nominated Councilmember Allen as Chairperson with a second
14 by Councilmember Brookbank. Councilmember Hutton moved that the nominations be closed with a second by
15 Councilmember McBride.

17 Councilmember Elstro was re-elected Chairperson for 1995 on a 5 to 3 roll call vote.

19 Councilmember Hutton nominated Councilmember Lundy as Vice Chairperson with a second by Councilmember
20 Donat. Councilmember Parker moved that the nominations be closed with a second by Councilmember Hutton.
21 Since there was no opposition, Chairperson Elstro declared Councilmember Lundy Vice Chairperson for 1995.

25 There being no further business,on a motion duly made,seconded and passed,the meeting was adjourned.
