An Ordinance providing for the repeal of Ordinance No.
2-81, which provided that there be no Primary Elections and that
Elective Officers be filed at the November Municipal Election.
Be it ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Moab,
Grand County, State of Utah:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 2-81 which provides that
Primary Elections be eliminated, is hereby repealed.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall become effective on
publication.
PASSED, this 4th day of March, 1986.
