A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM M-2 TO A SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 425 Commerce Road and legally described as provided and follows, to-wit:
Lot 2 Parkland Industrial Park, Sec. 1, 3.28A
Pt. SE Sec. 36-14-1, 0.32A
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the above described real estate’s zoning designation to a Special Use District in order to allow the owner to develop a hotel and office building
on this real estate.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a Special Use District.
