scribed public improver^_ent, Improvement Resolution No, 336-1912,

ceed no farther unless authorized by an ordinance passed by the
Comzor. Council and approved by the f.:ayor,
The Board received petition "^igmRd by D, P. !Phelan, for permission
to a lay a serer drain in the alley between North llth & 104r st,
from Lot 261 E. St arr's Add. & connect with the sewer in the all
1st north of 'Main St, referred to the Engineer.
The Board aprroved a primary ass-�ssm=nt roll in the matter of the
improvement of "forth 22nd Street by constructing cement ;iuewalks
from :rain to ;forth "F" St, as 'provided for by Improvem^nt Resolut-
ion No. •.;07-1912.
The Board approved a rrimary assessment roll in the matter of the
improvement of north "ll" St from ?forth I5th to ?forth 16th Stro':t,
by constructing cement sidewalks on )otr sides of street, as pro-
vided for by Improvement Resolution 'Io. 318-19121
