A Petition was presented by J. Ft. :ienke, for railway switch &arose Neff St, between Ft -Wayne Ave, & North 6th St, taken under ad- visement for further investigation. The City Civil Engineer reported tha completion of contract under Improvement Resolution No. 284-1911, for the Lnproverient of 1iain Street, by constructing co:r:nt curb & gutter on both sides 1 pav- ing the roadway the full width thereof, frost east line of note St, to east line of 22nd St, the sane w:is accepted and assessre ..t roll ordered. The Board approved primary assessment roll for the construction of cement sidewalks on both sides of North "C" St, o romnLtRes`°e Ave, to North 16th Street, as provided for by Imps olution No. 280-1911. The Board approved primary assessment roll for the construction of cement sidewalk9 both sides of ;iain Street, at various plcices according to Improvement Resolution 110, 096-1912, between 4 a and lith Street. The Finance Department was directed to pay the 5jo amount of re- serve retained on the following contractors to the contractor rs named: To I. A. Drury, 328.00 due on Arch bridge in GlenParke.
