The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board on Thursday September 5th, 1912, at 9 O'clock A. U. The following members of,saldMui Board being present, mes:�ra, Kennepohl and Zberman, Absent r. Charles, two moribers Of Board being present the fol- lowing proceedings were had, to -wit: - On motion of Mr. Zitv,erman the Water Works was directed to place a 1 1,12 inch service tap for City Building, and the Board was l directed to have larger service pipes placed in the City Bldg, k at days labor. On motion of Mr. Zt.imerman the Water Works was directed to change the fire hydrant at 7th & West ;:ain Street, to the Lain Street line at 7th Street, to conform to the improvement of said Main Street, On motion of Mr. Kennepohl the Water Works was directed to make service tap for water fountain in Fairview on Ridge Street to be located by the Street Corr_issioner. The matter of water continually standing in gutter at No. 16 North 8th Street was on,motion referred to the City Civil Engineer. Ur. Zimrerman moved that brick cross-vralks made in the future be laid in cement, motion prevailed. The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 81912 kited For opening & widening of Front Street as0na named and Kindesasnshown on Plat of West Richmond as laid out by of Ways by plat Record No. 1, page•3B5, dfl the records e County Indiana, by the condemnatiOm & appropriation of certaY Pin latsof & lands for such opening & widening as described by such territory on file in the office of said Board.
