The Board ofPubile Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana met

in regular ession at the office of said Board on laonday Novem-
ber 18th, 19120 at 9 O'clock A. Le All the members of said Board
being present, viz:- Losers, Kennepohl, Charles & Zimmerman, the
follovring proceedings were had, to-vrit:-
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons primar
ily assessed on account of the improvement of West Main Street,
by constructing A storm water sewer: Also cement sidewalks, curb

City Attorney presented a copy of leagl notice to be served on
