Deolnratory 11onolution No. 80-1912. After hearing all persons
interested vt o appeared, and Be Be Johnson, former member of the
3oard of Ivblie Works, and carefully considering a remonstrance
filed by Harmon Swloker, remonstrating as to the amount of bene-
fits assessed and damages awarded him, in favor of and against
Lot 1 29, Poe & Hittle s, Out -Lot, On motion of Mr. Charles, the
-Board continues hearing on said resolution to londay December 23rd
1912.
The Board meets to hear all persons interested in the vacation
of the let alley north of South "B" Street, running east from
South 6th Street, as provided for by Deolarato77 Resolu" r. "
97-19120 no one appearing or remonstrating against said
