purchase the lots beloni int, to I.•s. L. C. Peacock, in the rear

said Board beingo resent, viz:- Messrs, "!_ennerohl, Charles and
zimnermam , g proceedings Pere had, to -wit: -
pursuant to postronement to this date, the Board meets to hear
all persons interested in the matter of the assessment of bene-
fits and damages awarded on account of the opening of South 7th
Street, from South "J" Street to South "L" Street, as provided
for by Declaratory Pesolution No. 80-1912, after hearing all
persons interested rho appeared and carefully considering a
remonstrance filed by Harmon Swicker on December 16th, 19120
remonstrating against the amount of 8amagee awarded him as owner
of Lot No. 19, Poe & Rittles, Out -lot, L'r. "Zimmermm moved that
the Board increase the award of damages '$200s00 mal-ing said
ward of damages ;r120MO and benefits W2KM0, Lotion unanimously
prevailed. And the Board does so award Lot II0, 29, Poe L. Hittle'S
Out -lot, additional damage to the amount�pf J200,0, and the
Board does assess said aim of ,,)=O.OG a? enefits to the City
of !Uchmond, and being fully advised in the premises, the Board
unanimously approves a final assessment roll in the said matter
confirming in all other things the original assessment roll of
benefits & damages heretofore approved, and orders the same trans-
mitted forthwith to the Department of Finmee,
"The Board approved a primary assessment roll of benefits & damages
in the matter of the vacation of the 1st alley north of South "B"
Street, extending east from South 6th Street, as provided for by
Declaratory P.esolution ITO. 87-1912.
