December 26th, 1912, at 9 O'clock A. ? All the members of
said Board being present,viz:- liessrs, nenrepohl, Charles and
Zimmermm, the following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
on motion of 1r.Zimmerman, the City AttornW was directed to
notify the :'elephone Company to remove the poles at Uorth 6th
Street and the F.C,C,L- St L,Ry.,
on motion of Yxe Zimmerman, the Street Commissioner was directed
to place gravel on West 1st Street between Lincoln St, & Rich-
mond Ave., Also in West 7th Street,
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution llo.364-??
for the construction of sanitary sewer in the alley betueen
Borth 14th & 15th St,& alley north of Ilorth "G" Strc-et, `_rc_
Borth "G" Street to the River.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution IIc.:
for the improvement of South-west "A" Street, from Southr:e.t
to South-west Zlth Street, by grading, graveling the roadvey a
construction of cement curb, gutter & sidewalks both Sides of
street between the points named.
The matter of selling street sweepings was on motion taaen ":e'
advisement, for further investigation.

The Board of Public .Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board on '.onday
December 30th, 1912, at 9 O'clock A. IF 111 the members of
said Board being present, viz:- MOSSTa, Jennepohl, Charles &
Zimmerman, the following proceedings were had, to -wit:-
This being the last regular session of the Board for the year
19129 11r. Zimmerman moved that all claims against; the city of
Richmond, on Pile and properly certified to, be alloyed, mot-
ion prevailed.

Claims aginst the City to the amount of Y�1344.16, sere allowed
and ordered paid.
