The Poard of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the affice of said Board on Thuredw
July llth 1912 at 9 O'clock A. 1..1, All the members of said

The Board received letter from The T. 11. 1. & P. Traction ec'
requesting that a fire alarm box be placed at the car barn

The Board met to Year remonstrance:, if mtny, of persons primarily
asses::ee on account of constructing cemm t roadway in the alley
between North 8th St, and Ft. Wayne Ave, from North 8th to North
"v" Street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution `?o..82%1912.

assessment roli, confirming,in all thin6a the original assessment
ll heretofore approved and orders the same transmitted forth-
with to the Department of Finance.
The Board 1-let to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons primarily
assessed on account of the improvement of haurel Street, by con-
structing cement sidewalk 5' wide & curb & gutter on both sides
thereof, from Sheridan to West let Street, its provided for r,y
Improvement Resolution IT09.304-1912. No one appearing or remon-
strating, the Board approved a final assessment roll, confirmin;,,
in t,Il things the original assessment roll as hefeto£ore approved,
and orders the same transmitted forthwith to the Department of
Finance.
The Board met to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons primarily
assessed on account of constructing cement roadway in the alley
between South 13th P< 14th Street from South "C" to south "D" St,
as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 295-1912. No one
appearing or remonstrating,, the Board approved a final assessment
roll, cuni'irming, in all things the original assessment roll as
heretofore approved, and order the same transmitted forthwith to
the Department of Finance.
