The Board of Public ilorlm of theCityof ?ichmond, Indiana,
met in regulau session at she of ice of said Iloard on ::ondey
January lath, 1913, at 9 O'clock A. LI. Present Lessrs Kenne-
pohl, Charles and Zimmerman. All the members of said Board
being present the following proceedings were had, to-rrit:-
On motion of I::r. Zimmerman, the Grocerymen of the City ";ere
granted ,the use of the Council Chamber for a meeting some
day or evening of this week., Provided they make arrangements
with the Janitor for said meeting.
Chief 1.Iiller of Fire Department was directed to have the axle
on Hook & Ladder Truck repaired, also to sell old eragon for
not less than •;20,00 and the horse for not less then y125.00.
Mr. Zimmerman moved that the actual expenses of the Sup't and
Chief Engineer at City Light Plant, be paid out of Light plant
funds for any trips that may be necessary for either of them
to make in connection vith the Plant, motion unanimously
prevailed.
LIT. J. 11, Taylor, City Sealer of lights. U 1Seasures having been
directed by II. C. Barnard to attend the Weights a Measures
convention to be held at Indianapolis, Ind., January Z9th-30-
E 31st 1913, I1r. Zimmerman then moved that I.;r. Taylor be dir-
ected to attend said convention, and the City paq the actual
expenses of L:r. Taylor incurred in attending same, nation unan-
imously prevu led.
