APRIL 15, 1991 1 The Common Counci of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a Board in charge of the operations of the 2 Richmond Power & Light Plant met in regular session April 15, 1991 at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal 3 Building in said City. Chairman Elstro presided with the following Councilmembers in attendance: Lundy, 4 Brookbank, Hankinson, McBride, Parker, Morris, Hutton and Paust. Absent: None. The following business was 5 had to-wit: 6 7 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF APRIL 1. 1991 8 9 Councilmember McBride moved to approve the minutes of the previous meetings as prepared, seconded by 10 Councilmember Brookbank and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried. 11 12 APPROVAL OF BILLS. After discussion of prior commitments of the Board members and there being no urgent business the April 5 meeting of the Executive Board was cancelled. 6 7 UNFINISHED BUSINESS 8 9 No business. 10 11 STREET LIGHT COMMITTEE REPORT 12 13 No report was presented. 14 15 MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS 16 17 None was presented. 18 19 REPORT BY GENERAL MANAGER 20 21 Mr. Huffman had no report for the Board. 22 23 ADJOURNMENT 24 25 There being no further business,on a motion duly made,seconded and passed the meeting was 26 adjourned. 27 28 29 30 31 Howard J.
