CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,SERVING AS A BOARD
IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE RICHMOND POWER
& LIGHT PLANT, JANUARY 7, 1991
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,serving as a Board in charge of the operation of the
2 Richmond Power& Light Plant, met in special session January 7, 1991 at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal
3 Building in said City. Vice Chairman Lundy presided with the following Councilmembers in attendance: Elstro,
4 Brookbank, Hankinson, McBride, Hutton, Parker, Morris and Paust. Absent: None. The following business was
5 had to-wit:

9 Chairman Lundy thanked the Board for the opportunity as serving as Chair of the Board and added that she had
10 enjoyed serving in this capacity.

12 Chairperson Lundy requested nominations be submitted for the offices of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the
13 Board of Directors of Richmond Power&Light for 1991.

15 Councilmember Brookbank placed the name of Councilmember Elstro in nomination for Chairman of the Board.
16 The motion was seconded by Councilmember Hutton.

18 Councilmember Morris moved to close the nominations for Chairman,seconded by Councilmember McBride and
19 on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

21 There having been no other nominations, Councilmember Elstro was elected as Chairman of the Richmond Pow-
22 er&Light Board of Directors by acclamation of the Board.

24 Councilmember Hutton placed the name of Councilmember Brookbank in nomination for the office of Vice Chair-
25 man of the Board of Directors of Richmond Power& Light. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Elstro.

27 Councilmember Parker moved to close the nominations for Vice Chairman,seconded by Councilmember Paust
28 and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

30 There having been no further nominations,Councilmember Lundy was elected as Vice Chairman of the Richmond
31 Power&Light Board of Directors by acclamation of the Board.

36 There being no further business,on a motion duly made,seconded and passed the meeting was adjourned.
