CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, SERVING AS A BOARD
IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE RICHMOND POWER
& LIGHT PLANT, JANUARY 2, 1990
1 The Commm Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,serving as a Board in charge of the operation of the
2 Richmond Power& Light Plant, met in special session January 2, 1990 at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal
3 Building in said City. Vice Chairperson Lundy presided with the following Councilmembers in attendance: Elstro,
4 Brookbank, Hankinson, Parker, Hutton, Morris and Paust. Absent: McBride. The following business was had
5 to-wit:

7 ELECTION OF OFFICERS

9 Vice Chairperson Lundy requested nominations be submitted for the offices of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson
10 of the Board of Directors of Richmond Power& Light for 1990.

12 Councilmember Brookbank placed the name of Councilmember Lundy in nomination for Chairman of the Board.
13 The motion was seconded by Councilmember Hankinson.

15 Councilmember Morris moved to close the nominations for Chairperson,seconded by Councilmember Parker and
16 on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

18 Councilmember Lundy was elected as Chairperson of the Richmond Power& Light Board of Directors by accla-
19 mation of the Board.

21 Councilmember Hutton placed the name of Councilmember Elstro in nomination for the office of Vice Chairperson
22 of the Board of Directors of Richmond Power& Light. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Parker.

24 Councilmember Morris moved to close the nominations for Vice Chairperson,seconded by Councilmember Paust
25 and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

27 Councilmember Elstro was elected as Vice Chairperson of the Richmond Power& Light Board of Directors by ac-
28 clamation of the Board.

33 There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed the meeting was adjourned.
