& LIGHT PLANT. FEBRUARY 21. 1989
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,serving as a Board in charge of the operation of the
2 Richmond Power&Light Plant, met in regular session February 21, 1989 at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal
3 Building in said City. Chairman McBride presided with the following Councilmembers in attendance: Elstro,
4 Lundy, Brookbank, Hankinson, Parker, Hutton, Morris and Paust. Absent: None. The following business was
5 had to-wit:

7 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 6. 1989

9 Councilmember Hankinson moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as prepared,
10 seconded by Councilmember Parker and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

65 Mr. Irving Huffman,General Manager,told the Board they would be meeting at the regular monthly meeting on

1 February 27, 1989 at 7:00 PM at the Service Building. He said there was no formal report for this meeting ,but he
2 would be glad to answer questions.

4 Councilmember Morris asked if they would be going over the financial report at that meeting and Mr. Huffman said
5 they would and he also hoped to have the year end report available for that meeting.

7 Councilmember Paust asked about the light bulbs being changed around town and Mr. Huffman explained that
8 they had fallen behind with their routine change out of light bulbs in street lights due to additional construction and
9 had hired a crew to do catch up. Mr. Huffman said they prefer to change the bulbs ahead of time and not go over
10 the life expectancy to prevent them from burning out.
