FEBRUARY 6. 1989 1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,serving as a Board in charge of the operation of the 2 Richmond Power&Light Plant, met in regular session February 6, 1989 at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal 3 Building in said City. Chairman McBride presided with the following Councilmembers in attendance: Lundy, 4 Brookbank, Hankinson, Parker, Hutton, and Morris. Absent: Elstro and Paust. The following business was had 5 to-wit: 6 7 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JANUARY 17. 1989 8 9 Councilmember Hankinson moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as prepared, 10 seconded by Councilmember Parker and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried. 11 12 APPROVAL OF BILLS. She said she had also investigated a request for a light in an alley and informed 59 the persons involved that lights were not furnished in alleys, but suggested that they might contact their neigh- 60 bors about a security light. 61 62 Councilmember Parker asked Mr. Delmer Cox if he would report a section of street lights on US 40 West that were 63 blinking off and on. 64 65 RP&L Minutes Cont'd February 6, 1989 Page2 1 UNFINISHED BUSINESS 2 3 None. 4 5 REPORT BY GENERAL, MANAGER 6 7 Mr. Delmer Cox,representing Mr. Huffman,told the Board that Mr:Huffman,Councilmembers Paust and Elstro 8 and Mr.Richard Barker were in attendance at the Legislative Conference and meetings with the APPA.
