CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA. SERVING AS A BOARD
IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE RICHMOND POWER
& LIGHT PLANT, JANUARY 3, 1989
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,serving as a Board in charge of the operation of the
111 2 Richmond Power& Light Plant, met in special session January 3, 1989 at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal
3 Building in said City. Vice Chairman Elstro presided with the following Councilmembers in attendance: Lundy,
4 Brookbank, Hankinson, McBride, Hutton, Parker, Morris and Paust. Absent: None. The following business was
5 had to-wit:

7 ELECTION OF OFFICERS

9 Vice Chairperson Elstro requested nominations be submitted for the offices of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the
10 Board of Directors of Richmond Power& Light for 1989.

12 Councilmember Hutton placed the name of Councilmember McBride in nomination for Chairman of the Board. The
13 motion was seconded by Councilmember Morris.

15 Councilmember Morris moved to close the nominations for Chairman,seconded by Councilmember Hutton and on
16 unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

18 Councilmember McBride was elected as Chairman of the Richmond Power&Light Board of Directors by acclama-
19 tion of the Board.

21 Councilmember Morris placed the name of Councilmember Lundy in nomination for the office of Vice Chairman of
22 the Board of Directors of Richmond Power&Light. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Hutton.

24 Councilmember Morris moved to close the nominations for Vice Chairman,seconded by Councilmember Hutton
25 and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

27 Councilmember Lundy was elected as Vice Chairman of the Richmond Power&Light Board of Directors by accla-
28 mation of the Board.

32 There being no further business,on a motion duly made,seconded and passed the meeting was adjourned.
